You can customize it however you want, but this letter gives you a great starting point for organizing your thoughts and making sure you're making the best case for attending the conference!
Step 5: Bring it all home

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation request must be in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. A Five percent (5%) Cancellation Processing Fee will be deducted from registration fees refunded for cancellations received through December 31, 2018. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from January 1 through March 11, 2019. Cancellations received after March 11, 2019, are nonrefundable. If a SHRM member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must pay the difference of the SHRM member and nonmember price at the time of the transfer.
